The breakfast was SENSATIONAL, loved public parking. Spent a nice evening at Little Italy, located so close to the venue. Had good sleep at the family room.

it was worth its 5 stars. it's convenient base for visiting some must see attractions in eastbourne. send regards to waitress. very clean unit. customer service was superb, and owner was friendly.

Perfect location of the hotel, just a walk down to museum of shops. Just 5 minutes walk to princes park, also near to many other tourist areas. 10 minutes' by foot to train station.
